Summary of Key Rules

• Refund Policy: Full refund if not satisfied - check section 3 for details (For Career Development Coaching, refund only after first session). 
• No-show: If you don’t join within 15 minutes of meeting tsrat time, session is cancelled and non-refundable.
• Booking: Pay first → Get calendar link → Choose slot. If booking via LinkedIn, pay within 2 hours or slot is cancelled.
• Slots: First-come, first-served.

1) Offerings

Includes:

• Online course on UK job search strategies.
• One-on-one sessions for Resume Review and Interview Preparation.
• Career Development Coaching (multi-session package).

2) Booking, Scheduling & Validity

• Process:
  • Course: Add to cart → Pay → Immediate access.
  • 1:1 sessions: Book → Pay → Receive calendar link → Choose slot.
• LinkedIn Slot Reference: Message for available slots before booking. If you book via LinkedIn, payment must be completed within 2 hours or slot is cancelled.
• Rescheduling: 24 hours’ notice required.
• No-show: If you don’t join within 15 minutes of meeting start time, session is cancelled and non-refundable.
• Package Validity: Complete all sessions within 90 days.

3) Refund Policy

• Course: Request within 7 days and before consuming 20% of content.
• 1:1 Sessions:
  • Before session: Full refund if cancelled ≥24 hours before.
  • After session: Refund within 24 hours if dissatisfied.
  • No-show: Non-refundable.
• Career Development Coaching:Refund only after first session:
  • If full package paid: Refund for all sessions.
  • If paid individually: Refund for one session only.
  • After second or third session: No refund.

4) Fair Use & Anti-Misuse

• No sharing of course materials or session recordings.
• No redistribution or resale.
• Respectful conduct required.

All content is protected by copyright. Personal use only.
